Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks Day #3: Paw-some & Perfect Pairs

Here we are on Day #3 already for the Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks!  This week is going FAST!!!

For my card today, I'm using the adorable new stamp set/die combo called Paw-some!  Isn't he adorable?  I decided to continue the birthday theme of the image with one of my favorite dies called Up, Up & Away Cutting Plate.  For a little texture on the background, I embossed the TE Cherry Pop Cardstock with the Lots of Dots Embossing Folder & then flipped it over so the dots were de-bossed.

My next project uses the cute Perfect Pairs - Burgers & Fries set.  A few sets came out last month in this collection and now we have another addition.  I used the new Build-A-Scene On the Road dies to as a border.

I decided to make a gift card holder for a yummy burger place.  How perfect would this be for a teenage boy?!?

Paw-some is so cute surrounded by the birdies, and the Perfect Pairs on Kraft is wonderfully done and whimsical. I like the second card just because of the color of the cardstock. How unique (to me) it is. Love it. Great job.

I've been looking for an excuse to get that balloon cutting plate and I think this is it - what a charming scene with the dog from Paw-some!!
