New Hambo Hoedown Challenge ~ Baby Cards!

Today starts a new challenge for the Hambo Hoedown and this week it's unconventional images for baby cards.  I decided to use the Bailey Flower digi image for my project and make it a congratulations on a new puppy (they are babies too... right?).
