Cruise Album ~ Swimming with the Dolphins

Good Morning Friends! During our December cruise, we enjoyed a new experience in Jamaica & swam with the dolphins. WHAT A BLAST!!!  For my album, I did a 2-page spread for each of us highlighting the various activities we did during our swim.

And this final page wraps up our trip album!

Cruise Album ~ A Fun Day in Jamaica!

Happy Friday my friends!  Today I'm sharing our pages from our awesome day in Jamaica climbing Dunn's River Falls & Dolphin Cove. Ahhhh... what great memories!  That's one of the reasons I love scrapbooking so much, getting lost in my photos and memories.

Cruise Pages ~ Our Zipline Adventure

Hello Again! Stopping by today with a few more pages from my December Cruise Album.

When we cruise, we enjoy booking excursions with a little adventure and going on a zipline is usually one of the activities that tops the list. THIS WAS A BLAST!

Many of the islands now have these awesome big letters with the name of the city.
Absolutely every single time I see one, a photo is a MUST!

I had fun playing around with this layout and creating a little white space.

Cruise Album ~ Labadee

Hello Friends! Today I'm sharing a few more pages from our December Getaway Cruise. It was such a fun trip & so nice to some place warm when it's so cold in Indiana ... and I'm wishing I was there right now!  Once again, I used the Project Life App for these pages and I added some new fonts for the titles, which I'm super excited about!

I love the simplicity of my 6x12 format in my Project 52 album week after week. However, sometimes I miss using all of these fun and different layout templates that are available. That's why this trip album has been such fun.

A Little Scrappin'

Hello Friends!  Over the last week or so, I decided to work on a new project with digital scrapbooking on the Project Life App. I really planned on doing more scrapbooking with physical products this year, but right now with my limited mobility, the App is the way it's happening.

A few months ago, we went on a 5-day cruise right before Christmas. It was a wonderful getaway to get some warmth and sunshine with my guys. Here are the first 5 pages of my album ...

I made this following two layouts with more of a traditional scrapbook style 

rather than a Project Life layout feel. I really like how they turned out.

They kind of get lost here on my blog without a border, but when

they are printed, the white space will look great.

I'll share more of our cruise pages very soon!

{JOY} ~ One Little Word January & February Prompts

Today I wanted to share my One Little Word pages with you for the last few months. I managed to finish up the January pages in the morning of the day that I fell and broke my hip!

For my pages this year, I have decided to go with a combination of Ali Edwards products and Felicity Jane kits. I love the florals in the Felicity Jane kits & the OLW products from Ali... so I think they will work well together.

For the February prompt, I included my vision board inside my album again this year.

Project 52 ~ Week #6 & #7

Hello Friends! I've had lots of time to do my Project Life App pages and even started a new album, which I will share soon. In the meantime, here are a few of the latest pages in my Project 52 album. I used the Project 52-Daring Kit for both since they haven't updated the App with the February kit yet (which I'm rather annoyed about).

Project 52 ~ Week #4 & #5

Hello Friends!  Well... it's been a rough couple weeks. After 10 days away from home, my husband came home to find me on crutches! We had some horrible ice on Tuesday and Wednesday, but by the afternoon it was starting to clear up. I thought it was pretty much gone, so I bundled up and went out to shovel up some of the slush. Sadly, the ice wasn't gone & I slipped and fell hard on my left hip. It totally caught me by surprised. I went to the doctor the next day & found that I broke my femur bone up at the top of my hip. So they sent me directly to the hospital and I had surgery to put 3 large screws to help me heal. And now I wait to heal... no weight on it for 6 weeks! UGH... it really sucks!

So here are my Project Life App pages for week #4 & $5 using the January 2019 Project 12 kit.  Enjoy!

Project 52 ~ Week #3

Hello Friends! Just hopping on my blog today to share my Week #3 of Project 52. I am LOVING the new January 2019 Project 12 kit for this month and I'm hoping the rest of the months have a similar look.

I used the collage and FFT features a lot on this page and continued to follow my "JOY" theme (my One Little Word) on my page.

Hello Friends!  Today I'm back with my next page from Project 52 ~ 2019 edition! I used the new Project 12 January 2019 kit from the Project Life App. I'm loving the look of this kit and hope that future months have a similar vibe.

Here we go again... Project 52 ~ 2019 Edition

Once again, I just want to say Happy New Year & welcome back to my blog as I begin my Project 52 for another year. This will be my third year documenting the everyday happenings of our family using the Project Life App. I'm pretty excited because my husband gave me a new Samsung tablet for my birthday last week & it is so much faster and the screen is a bit bigger. YIPEE!

Since the 6x12 format worked so well for me the last 2 years, I'm going to stick with it. But this year I ordered my album and page protectors from Studio Calico since I couldn't find an album at Hobby Lobby. For my cover page and week #1, I used the new Daring kit in the App. 

I also used the new Daring kit for my week #1 page.
I am loving the colors of this kit with so many guy pages.
