This is the perfect card for the last few days in Northern Indiana. Off and on rain all day and night... but on the flip side, everything is nice and green!
I used the Crafter's Companion stamp set called Through the Rain from the Sheena Douglass collection and for the background I used the 6x6 Embossalicious Folder called Clouds and smeared white Memento Luxe ink over the raised clouds.
