Hi Friends ~ TGIF!!! So glad to have the weekend coming... it's such a busy time.
Today I am sharing a card I made using the beautiful new Spectrum Noir Blendable Colored Pencils. These pencils have beautiful, rich shades and blend beautifully on their own or with the Spectrum Noir Marker range.
I stamped the butterfly image & sentiment from the Sheena Douglass set called True Colors. For the butterfly, I colored it with my Spectrum Noir Blendable Colored Pencils using the following colors: 58, 59, 72, 73, 86, 87, 93, 96. I trimmed the butterfly with scissors and then added a bit of mustard gold to the edges with my GB8 marker & some brown tones using my EB2 and EB3 markers.
For the sentiment, I stamped the image, trimmed it into a banner and then colored it with my GB8 markers so it would match my pattern paper and butterfly.
