Welcome back to my blog today for the next set of Week in the Life pages. Today I'm sharing my Day #3 ~ Tuesday. I purchased the Ali Edwards Week in the Life Kit {WITL} and I also used supplies from the monthly Ali Edwards Story Kits & Story Sets, additional Ali Edwards stamp sets, Ali Edwards WITL digital templates, and stamps & project life cards from Studio Calico.
Each day for the cover page, I used this year's Ali Edwards template package and used Photoshop Elements to add the text under the date.

Here I decorated the transparent divider that was an early bird special with the kit purchase.
I purchased the 3"x 8" page protectors and used them for my daily journaling. I added the box at the top for each day along with the date using the Digital kit called Daily Story Boxes. Once printed and cut, I took a Stampin' Up marker (More Mustard) and added some color to the box.
Today's journaling was longer, so I shifted the summary card to the full page. The "T" at the bottom of the 3 x 8 page is from the WITL kit this year. I used the Ali Edwards stamp set called What Today Looked Like and stamped tone on tone with More Mustard cardstock & ink from Stampin' Up! I love that stamp set and used it often in this project.
For my next page, I printed several of my 3x4 photos with two landscape photos so they would fit into the pocket correctly. This is a great tip if you have more photos you want to use and have too many taken in a certain direction. You could do the same thing with adding two 3x4 portrait photos on a 4x6 pocket. I have the Canon Easy PhotoPrint software on my computer (it's a free download on the Canon USA website). There are a bunch of different print options available with or without borders. I saw another WITL scrapbooker do this in her book & thought it was the perfect way to add more photos without adding a bunch more pages.
The Cost of Goods Right Now card is from the Ali Edwards Review Story Kit. I went online and looked up some of the prices and then added some of my favorite products at the bottom.
Each day that week, I did screenshots of the weather & my Fitbit stats & I really wanted to include them for each day. I managed to add them all in various ways. This week's weather happened to be amazing, so I spent lots of time outside with the dogs. Yes - you probably noticed that I took a lot of pictures of my dogs this week. For many of the days, with my husband traveling part of that week, it was just us during the day while my son was at school.
A fun night with old friends... and another selfie that I really don't like. Oh well!
That's one thing I learned with this project... Just Go With It!

This photo could be titled "This is our Life" ;)
This isn't the normal time of year for Marching Band; however, Matt was
working on audition tapes to be in the US Army High School Honor Band
next January, so we hit the practice field to make some videos.
One more year...

I'm going to miss this view.
So that wraps up day #3 ~ I hope you've enjoyed my pages so far. I'll be back tomorrow with another set of pages.
