Guess what today is??? I'll give you a hint... it's the first Monday of the month! YUP! It's the beginning of the Taylored Expressions May Release week! WOOHOOO! This week is my favorite each month... I {heart} TE... and I know you do too!
My first project features the new Tagging Along box and the stamp set called Toe-tally Awesome. The possibilities are ENDLESS with both of these new products.

For my second project today, I made a series of pocket cards with the fabulous new die set called Whole Wide World. This die set pairs up beautifully with the Pockets & Pages Collection of stamp and die products as well as several other stamp sets. {products used on my projects are linked below}
The subject of my pocket cards are an amazing trip to Italy that my daughter and I took last summer after she graduated. It was an Adventure of a Lifetime!
These two pocket cards below line up perfectly, even though they are designed to fit into two different pockets. I use the new Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 set to bring the two cards together.
By sticking with the same color theme throughout the series of pocket cards, it helps everything tie together. For my pocket cards, I used TE Poppy Seed, Mulled Wine and Toffee cardstock.
I used a typewriter to type the dates and places on Toffee cardstock. Then I trimmed them with various banner, circle and tab ties from the TE collection. So many wonderful scrapbooking options with these great dies!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm wondering - what stitched die set did you use for the very outside - the one with the rounded corners?
Thanks for sharing these!
