Taylored Expressions: Inlaid Die Cutting Technique

This month the Taylored Expressions designers are taking on the Inlaid Die Cutting Technique and it's a super cool way to use die cuts.

I used the Up, Up and Away Cutting Plate and trimmed it with watercolor paper.  I saved all of the cut pieces (the ones you usually throw away) & set them aside.  I colored the balloons and frame with watercolor markers and then attached it to a piece of cardstock and then added the cut pieces to the background.   I used the In & Out Birthday stamp set to add a sentiment. {links below}  I thought watercoloring the image was a fun take on the technique.
