Today I wanted to share a card I made using the new Spectrum Aqua Markers. WOW ~ I really love these markers!!!
I started with a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of watercolor cardstock and taped off a border with EZ Release Tape (painters tape also works very well). Then I sprayed just a few squirts of water on the watercolor paper. I used Peacock Blue, Sea Green and Kingfisher Spectrum Aqua Markers on the watercolor cardstock and then took a baby wipe and gently rubbed the color around. Once I had the look I wanted, I removed the tape to reveal the white edge and set it aside to dry. Then I began work on the dragonfly. I stamped the image from the Flying Colors stamp set and colored it with Marine, Peacock Blue and Aquamarine Spectrum Aqua Markers. The flourish is also from the Flying Colors stamp set.

I just love these markers ~ such an easy way to get a great look!
Dragonflies being my very favorite little creator, I love this card. I have had my eye on these new Aqua Markers but of course, not sure whether to invest in MORE pens....but I think your projects have convinced me. Your cards are beautiful.....thanks.
