Taylored Expressions Release: A Little Peace, Joy and Noel!

Today is the day!  It's October Release Day for the Taylored Expressions goodies!  Everything is available right now in the store!



For my project today, I made a trio of Christmas tags that will be ready to go on packages!  I love using word dies and these fun new ones are awesome ~ Joy Script, Peace Script, Noel Script dies.  I also added some beautiful texture behind the words with the new Peaceful Poinsettia Embossing Folder and added the Plaid Embossing Folder texture to the top of each tag.   For the tag itself, I used the new Trim The Tag die set.  {Product links are below}


To embellish each tag, I used the amazing TE 100% Wool Felt in Cranberry and Moss and trimmed them using the Holiday Florals Dies.  I added some rhinestones for a little bling and a border from the Skinny Mini Borders to finish them off.  I can't wait to add these to my packages under the tree this year.  I think I'm going to make a bunch more & wrap them in Kraft paper so my packages all coordinate {yes, I'm a matchy, matchy girl}.

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks Day #3: Let's Get Merry... & Bright!

Wow ~ It's Wednesday already and Day #3 of our Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks!  This week always goes so fast!


For my first project today, I used the Merry & Bright Die to make a shaker card along with the 6x6 Playful Patterns Holiday Paper Pack and TE Sequin Packs.  The frame on the Merry & Bright Die perfectly coordinates with the beautiful stitched scallop frames in the Frame in Frame 2 Cutting Plate dies, so I used the largest one as a frame for my card.  {Product links are below}

For my next set of cards, I used the awesome new Skinny Mini Holiday Borders.  I love them all and wanted to use each of the four dies in the set... so I made multiple coordinating cards to highlight them!   I used several of the same supplies and coordinating colors on all three cards to make the set ~ Snow Day Background Stamp, Stitched Rectangle Stacklet, and the In & Out Christmas Stamp Set.

My first card features two borders from the Skinny Mini Holiday Borders - the holly at the top and the snowflakes below the sentiment.  The sentiment is trimmed with the pretty new Stitched Oval Stacklet & then I added a die cut present from the All Wrapped Up die set.  The little bows at the top are from the Holiday Arbor Accessories Die set.



My next coordinating card also uses two of the Skinny Mini Holiday Borders ~ the snowflakes & the row of trees.  In addition, I used the stocking and the holly from the new By the Fireside - Holidays die set.


My third card for this trio, I used the string of lights and the row of trees from the Skinny Mini Holiday Borders die set.   In addition, I used the fun Little Bits - Jingle Bells die set and added holly from the By the Fireside - Holidays die set.
