Today's cute little project uses the March Monthly Mix from Lizzie Anne Designs which is called Lucky You. I think this image is perfect with the pattern papers from Cosmo Cricket (Girl Friday & Material Girl).
While I was at it, I decorated the inside of the card too ~

Quick Thanks...
Talk about a simple card ~ this is easy peasy for sure. I used the Big Thanks set from Our Craft Lounge & stamped the sentiments in black ink. Can't get much easier than that!
Have a great weekend!

OCL Challenge Friday
Hello and Happy Friday! I'm excited to show you a new weekly OCL sketch challenge today too. I love sketches & use them in some form or another as inspiration on a daily basis. You'll see from the sketch on the OCL Blog that there was a flower image where I put my stack of cupcakes. That's what I love about sketches ~ changing them up to fit the set you want to use.
You can see the sketch on the OCL Blog and make sure when you've completed yours that you add your link to the Mr. Linky so we can see what you've made.
Supplies Used: Stamps ~ Our Craft Lounge (Big Birthday Wishes); Ink ~ Palette, Copics; Sparkly Fluff ~ Rockin' Pink; Pattern Paper ~ Heidi Grace; Nesties; Kaiser Gems; Ribbon ~ Michaels.

It's a Lizzie Anne Sketch Challenge...
I love round cards, so I knew I HAD to play along on this week's Lizzie Anne Weekly Sketch Challenge. I also have new stamps and papers to play with, so that made it even more fun.
On today's project, I used the March Monthly Mix called Lucky You ~ the images are so sweet in this set! I also used some fun new paper from Niki Sivils called Victoria's Street. It's a great match for these images.
And here is the inside of the card!
If you want to play in the Lizzie Anne Challenge ~ go take a look at the sketch and have some fun!

Springtime in the Pasture...
This lovely little cow is from the Ei Ei Hello set by Our Craft Lounge ~ isn't she sweet. It almost looks like she is saying "he loves me, he loves me not". I used some Eyeliner Black Sparkly Fluff on the cow's spots to make them pop off the card ~ so cute.

It's BACK... The OCL Sketch Challenge!
I've been very "challenged" this week - huh? Well in a crafty kind of way ~ LOL!
Today I am very happy to report that the Our Craft Lounge Sketch challenge is back ~ BUT, it has a new home over on the OCL Blog AND it will now be a weekly challenge rather than monthly! WOOHOOO! All you need to do is post your card on your blog and then at some point during the week add your link to the Mr. Linky box on the blog. THEN once a month, there will be winner picked from the participants. How fun is that???? So go check out the sketch and the inspiration piece on the OCL Blog.
So here's my creation for today ~ a cute little fuzzy monkey from the Jungle Love set. I love this set & yes, it does have some Valentine sentiments in the set, but it's really a great set for all year long!
Here's an upclose and personal look at the fuzzy little guy ~ doesn't that Coffee Bean Brown Sparkly Fluff look wonderful?

Golf Anyone?
Here's a fun easel card using the new Golfin' Gramps set by Our Craft Lounge. I dug out some old, old, old pattern paper that I found in one of my many paper holders.
Speaking of finding things, I've spent the last few days cleaning out my stamping area. OH MY GOODNESS ~ I am a bigger hoarder than I thought! The amount of stuff I have is just embarrasing! OK ~ I'm getting back to cleaning out & reorganizing. I'm finding all kinds of brand new goodies ~ maybe I'll pass some of it on to you girls over the next few weeks.

Lizzie Anne Challenge Day!
Woohooo ~ it's back to back challenge days. I love doing them, but don't always have time (or remember) to do them. Today's challenge is the weekly Lizzie Anne Designs sketch (#114) & the design team is playing along this time.
So the extra challenge this week (along with the actual sketch) was to make a little peek-a-boo window in the card. I decided to use images from the February Monthly Mix called Singing in the Rain for my project. The main image you see on the outside is the cute little watering can but it is actually stamped on the inside ...
and that adorable little fuzzy chick is stamped on the inside of the card. I added some Lemon Drop Sparkly Fluff to really make him sparkle.
Isn't he adorable? Make sure you go visit the Lizzie Anne Blog for a list of all the DT girls playing along on the sketch challenge today. THEN....go play and post your project!

Shamrock Blessings...
Today is the monthly i{heart}papers challenge ~ and this time we were all asked to use this super cute paper by Best Creations called Green Day Stripes along with the pretty sparkly ribbon by Creative Impressions in Lime & White. With these required products for the challenge, I then paired it up with a pretty stamp set from Our Craft Lounge called Shamrock Blessings.
Since there was a pretty sparkle on the pattern paper, as a final touch, I added some Appletini Green Sparkly Fluff to the stamped Shamrocks.
Go take a look to see what all the other DT girls came up with for this fun challenge ~

Today I'm sharing a fun & super easy project that I made using my Lizzie Anne Monthly Mix for February called Singing in the Rain. I really love the images in this set ~ so many cute things to choose from and I haven't even used all of them yet.
Lizzie Anne is also going to preview the next installment of the Monthly Mix for March and it's called Lucky You. Haven't signed up yet? Check out that information HERE! I'll be back in a few days with some samples ~
Supplies Used: Stamps ~ Lizzie Anne Designs (Monthly Mix for February called Singing in the Rain; Sixlet set Banner Birthday); Cardstock, Buttons, Ink ~ PTI; EK Success border punch; Embossing Folder ~ Quickuts.

Sweets for my Sweets...
I just {heart} Valentine's Day. Yes, it's kind of corny & sappy, but I really enjoy making extra special little treats for my sweeties. I am SO EXCITED about my projects this year!
It all started when I found these adorable little dishes at Michael's for $.99! I bought 4 of them and then found this fun Valentine brownie mix with the pink, red and white chocolate sprinkles. I was a bit surpised when the entire brownie batter mix filled the four dishes, but it came out perfectly. I ended up baking the brownies for about an hour because they were so thick ~ but I think they are a bit too done. But hey, it's chocolate, it can't be that bad ~ right? I think I'll serve it with some ice cream to soften them up a bit.
Anyway, while I had the brownies in the oven, I started making the little cards and tags. The fabulous stamp set ~ it's called Hearts & Hugs by Our Craft Lounge. For some reason I really wanted to use kraft cardstock with pink and red ~ I think the color combo turned out super cute! I used some Rockstar Red and Cotton Candy Pink Sparkly Fluff for the big hearts & I love how those turned out.
I was totally inspired on this project by my good friend Michelle Wooderson ~ she makes so many cute elements & doo-dads for her cards and tags!

The cute cup and plate (and the oh so soft heart shaped pillow) pictured are from Target. I filled the cup with heart shaped chocolates and made a tag that matched the cards. CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!!! The super cuddly pillow is for my daughter ~ shhhhhh.... don't tell her!
I can't wait to give my husband and kids these fun treats later today ~ YUM!!! Have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Perfect Party Packages...
Today I want to share a super quick birthday package I made yesterday for my daughter's friend. I found this fun bag at Target with the beautiful bright flowers already printed on it. I knew I had this great set called Hello Spring by Our Craft Lounge. So I was planning on making a matching tag or card. Because I had very little time before the party, I decided on a tag. I stamped the flowers with pigment ink and then embossed them with clear powder to make the color really stand out. Then I added a bit of bling to the center of the flowers. IT'S A PERFECT MATCH & perfect for a 13 year old girl!

Busy Little Barnyard
It's been a fun few months of stamping because there have been so many wonderful new images to develop and play with lots of new sets by Our Craft Lounge.
Today I am showing you a few projects I made with my friend Michelle for some store display boards. We used two different sets ~ The Barnyard & Barnyard Banter. The sweet little piggy, the cute cow and the Moo-chas Gracias sentiment are all from The Barnyard set, but the Tickled Pink sentiment is from the Barnyard Banter set. That set is filled with all kinds of funny little greetings. Now the Barnyard Banter set had a slight delay at the manufacturer, but it will be available very soon.
By the way, did you see the cute little piggy covered in Cotton Candy Sparkly Fluff? So fun! Are you still wondering what in the world Sparkly Fluff is? Well very soon I'll have a Sparkly Fluff tutorial. I'll cover the basics on how to use it, how it looks on your projects & I'll show you all the colors.
Supplies from i{heart}papers: Stamps ~ Our Craft Lounge (The Barnyard, Barnyard Banter); Pattern Paper ~ My Minds Eye; Ink ~ Palette, Copics; Sparkly Fluff ~ Coffee Bean Brown, Cotton Candy Pink; Nesties.
