My first card for today has a big gorgeous sunflower. They are some of my favorite flower images to use because I just love the colors of them. Notice the copper microbeads in the center of the sunflower ~ they are very easy to apply with some super sticky adhesive tape. Isn't the pattern paper PERFECT?!?! And guess what? I found it in my file of scraps ~ woohoo! It's an older pattern by Scenic Route & I thought it was perfect with these images. On the cocoa paper at the bottom of this card, I also dry embossed some leaves ~ but they didn't photograph very well. My husband gave me a cool light tent and photography lights for Christmas & I'm still learning how to use them.

I'm a busy girl right now. You should see my To Do list ~ 2 new releases this week, CHA samples, projects for Stamp Club later this month, daily blogging, weekly design work, and I was asked to make invitations, programs, thank you notes and favors for a friend's wedding in March. Life is a bit crazy right now, but I'm not complaining ~ I HAVE THE BEST JOB EVER!!!!!! So if you don't see a lot of chit chat in my daily blog posts, don't be surprised!
As always ~ thanks so much for your support and comments!
